The best part of Sunday…

…is waking up to a breakfast sandwich made by my husband.  Growing up, he’s had years of experience making this sandwich for his younger sisters.   He has now perfected the technique and lucky me, I get to enjoy it.  The sandwich is crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside and extra yummy with the fluffy eggs and fried ham, bacon or spam he adds.  Delish!
